Four weeks of Front Splits! 

Four sessions: 7, 14, 21, 28 April at 6 - 7.15pm

Front splits is not just a cool party trick - it's also a great measure of amazing overall mobility in the lower body. Working on front splits means working on mobility and strength across the hamstrings, glutes, quadriceps, psoas, calves and more - perfect for runners, cyclists, or anyone who spends their days sat at a desk! 

Great leg mobility is so beneficial in so many ways - personally, once I learned how to properly stretch my hip flexors, my lower back pain (a niggle I'd had for years) completely disappeared. Having strong active flexibility in the legs also makes lots of other postures (such as backbends and inversions) more accessible and comfortable. 

We'll work methodically through drills, postures and exercises to increase mobility, stability and strength. Expect a fun, supportive environment and lots of laughs. 

If you're keen to improve your overall leg mobility and really deep-dive into how to access those stubborn muscles, this course is for you. If you want a new party trick this year, this course is for you!
