A fun and friendly environment where we explore alignment, muscle engagement and balance drills for forearmstand and handstand. You don't need to be able to do these poses to come - that's the whole point! - but some prior experience with inversions, such as practicing headstand or having 'had a go' at getting upside down at some point is helpful.
A maximum of 12 spots, so there's time for individual cues and tips, and everyone works at their own pace and level.
