Shoulder mobility and stability is something that helps a lot in a yoga asana practice - or in daily life! - but we rarely have the time in classes to really delve deep and understand the full range of motion and engagement here. In this workshop we'll methodically break down shoulder positioning in a range of poses: both arms overhead, like in downward dog, and arms by side or hands on the floor as in a cobra or upward dog.
Expect to:
Gain a deeper understanding of safe, stable and strong shoulder positioning in a wide range of postures
Learn new drills and exercises to find muscles you didn't know existed!
Get some personal feedback and adjustments
Have lots of fun (and learn more of Dora's signature silly names for different exercises!)
This class is open to absolutely everyone of all levels, but will be particularly focused towards anyone with a regular yoga asana practice (whether vinyasa, hatha, ashtanga or whatever else!)
Cost: £32 / concessionary rate £25
