Come and join me for my last workshop day before maternity leave! This day features three sessions, each focusing on a different range of motion.
12.30 - 2.30pm: Active leg flexibility
This session will focus on hamstring, inner thigh and hip mobility, using nerve glides and mobilisation to warm up before engaging those muscles to find a deeper stretch. Expect wall drills, partner drills and more.
3 - 5pm: Upper back and shoulder active flexibility
In our middle session we'll explore proprioception drills to find more space in the upper back and shoulders. More wall and partner drills as well as using chairs and bricks to find back muscles you didn't know you had!
5.15 - 6.45pm: Inversions club
Finally we'll delve into the world of handstands and forearmstands, with a session exploring alignment, balance drills and maybe even some funky entrances and exits to your inversions. There's also time in this session for an extended cool down and a savasana after a hard days' work!
