A vibrant, delicious vegetarian lunch by local caterers is included. Special dietary requirements can be catered for.

November can sometimes feel like our last moment to find pockets of calm before the December holiday chaos and descent into the depths of winter. We wanted to create an intentional pause with this Autumnal day retreat; a mixture of Yang and Yin yoga and delicious and nutritious food.
We invite you to come along and meet yourself where you’re at, with all ranges of experience and abilities welcome. The day will be packed with classes / workshops, involving a balance of introspective moments and group connection. You’ll get the chance to learn as you go as we integrate lots of interesting theory into the way we lead and run the activities.
