This workshop is for anyone who can push up to a wheel pose (urdva danurasana) from the floor and is curious about the so-called 'more advanced backbends'.
There'll be a particular focus on 'dropbacks' AKA going back into a wheel from standing and standing back up again, but the transition will be broken down into bitesize pieces, with drills and prop & wall-assisted exercises to strengthen the entire posterior chain and calm the nervous system. Expect lots of personalised feedback and adjustments at your level in this workshop setting.
