This workshop is for anyone who’d like to improve their strength and mobility in leg and hip stretches.
Whether you’re hoping to touch your toes or get your legs behind your head, we’ll cover drills and skills to strengthen and mobilise the hamstrings, hip flexors, inner thighs and more. We’ll work methodically, using a wide variety of mobility techniques to find length and strength.
Expect lots of personalised feedback and adjustments at your level in this workshop setting, where you work at the pace that’s right for you.
