Puglia is a region of olive groves, ancient towns, and crystal clear waters. Our holiday home for the week is a boutique retreat centre exclusively for yoga and meditation practice, with secluded gardens and pool nestled within the olive trees. It’s been recently renovated to create an intimate space in tune with the natural rhythm of nature, where guests can escape from the demands of the modern world to deepen their practice in the beautiful, peaceful setting of the Valle d’Itria in Apulia, Italy.
How to get there
✈️ By Plane
Yogapulia is easily accessible by taxi from 2 airports: 40 minutes from Brindisi and 1 hour from Bari. We can help to arrange taxis and taxi-shares with other participants. Flights from the UK to Brindisi go via London, Manchester and Birmingham and flights from the UK to Bari go via London.
🚞 By Train
Ostuni is the closest station at 20 minutes drive away (we can help to coordinate pick-up or taxi). Trains are an excellent way to travel across Italy if you want to explore this beautiful country beforehand - or embark on an international rail adventure!
🚗 Car Hire
We can also recommend local car hire companies who are very reasonably priced. This could be a great way to explore the beautiful region of Puglia in your spare time during the week.

Teachers & Retreat hosts
Dora Rubinstein
As the daughter of a yoga teacher, Dora has been practicing yoga for as long as she can remember! She has taught yoga and acroyoga internationally and is now based in Yorkshire, UK where she teaches for local studios as well as private classes. Her dynamic classes weave playful sequences, active flexibility and strengthening drills, and super silly jokes.
Dora also practices circus skills including acrobalance, handbalancing and contortion, and the anatomical knowledge she's picked up from these worlds influences her yoga teaching. Expect to be challenged, and also to laugh!
Jasmine Sara
Jasmine completed her 200-hour YTTC in India 7 years ago and went on to study advanced modules in Yoga Therapeutics in the North of England and various CPD courses such as Accessible Yoga Teacher Training and Trauma-Informed certifications.
After primarily teaching Yoga and running workshops in Newcastle, UK, she spent 2 years teaching on international retreats around the world (15 retreats to be precise!) Expect a gentle, supportive, and accessible teaching style.
