4–6 December 2026
Join us for a UK retreat with a team of expert teachers & a community of wonderful people.
The ultimate ‘yoga and movement’ geek out weekend! Packed with workshops across a variety of movement and yoga styles—from active flexibility and inversions to dynamic flows, yin and more. We’ll be fully immersed in different disciplines, working your muscles, and exploring fresh and fun styles of movement and mobility. We’ll also have relaxing restorative practices, an abundance of amazing nutritious food and lots of time for community chats and laughs in a gorgeous countryside setting.
Your Teaching Team
Dora
Dora’s teaching style is deeply influenced by her own movement practice—blending yoga, circus arts, Pilates, and, to put it bluntly, a lot of ‘I was messing around and discovered this fun thing’-ness! Her playful, dynamic classes combine active flexibility, strength-building drills, and clear anatomical cues. Expect to laugh, make friends with your neighbour, and hurt the next day (in a good way)!
Megan
Megan is a circus artist and aerial and contortion coach, on the core faculty at Cloud, Manchester’s leading circus training venue. She is also Dora’s contortion coach! Megan focuses in training active flexibility, encouraging strength through the entire range of motion.
Ella
Ella is a Yorkshire based yoga teacher and dance artist, with an incredible practice and dedicated following at her own studio. This weekend, she’ll be teaching us 4Beat Rocket - a dynamic vinyasa practice with many strength focused elements, moving to the beat of the music to find that flow state.
Fran
Fran is one of the most popular teachers at the best yoga studio in York, The Stables. She has an inspiring and eclectic teaching style and practice, and will be leading us in some dreamy yin over the weekend.
Jane
As well as being an Iyengar yoga teacher with many years experience working with many different bodies, Jane is also a circus artist – and Dora’s mum! Iyengar yoga has a focus on detail, precision and alignment and often makes use of multiple props such as chairs, belts, bricks and the wall.
Barry
The OG Pilates King in York, Barry has a cult following that anyone who’s taken one of his classes can understand. He teaches everyone from ballet dancers in their 20s to men with hip replacements in their 90s - and everyone walks out of his studio feeling better than when they went in. He’ll have you wondering whether your abs hurt because of that lightbulb-moment cue or his hilarious jokes.
